Everytime I submit to continue with the “purchase”, the website continues to prompt me for a valid person name. Sometimes it empties the field, sometimes my name is still in the field. Please help.
We are currently working with Ricky to evaluate the problem.
Edit: Ricky tried again a day later, and had no problems. Perhaps the browser cache needed to be refreshed.
Is it really free?
I am in Australia. Are you going to send the product to here?
I thought I can download from this site.
Yes, the products that are free are downloadable. We send a link in an email, once the product has been ordered.
